An outstanding patient form report lists sent patient forms that have not been completed by patients, helping you keep track of who to follow up with for completion. On top of this, you can create a campaign to automatically remind your patients to complete their patient form when it expires the next day.

Click Reports > Communication.

On the top right, click New Report.

For Report Type, select Patient Forms.

Set Expiry to Dynamic Range and Tomorrow.

Set Completed to No.

Click Run.
You have successfully created a report of all sent forms that are expiring tomorrow.
On top of this report, you can set a campaign to remind your patient to complete the form.

After creating the report above, click Save.

Add a title and click Save.

On the top-right, click Set As Campaign.

Set a Name and a Schedule Date (including the time).

Select an email template.

Click Repeat Campaign.

Set it to Repeat every 1 day.

Click Save.
You have created a campaign that sends a reminder to patients every day who have an incomplete and expiring patient form.
Tip
Alternatively, you can configure the report to show a list of forms expiring in the next week and have the campaign send weekly instead.
