Practices in some countries must register with Stripe before they can use Halaxy Auto Payments. Once registered, payments can be processed manually or automatically from any invoice, with payments deposited directly into the bank account you have registered with Stripe.
You can only link one Stripe account per practice group. If you already have a Stripe account, you are asked to link that account when you register using the same details.
If your practice is not yet set up with a payment provider, set up Auto Payments with Airwallex instead. See Set up Auto Payments with Airwallex. If your practice already uses Stripe, follow the steps below.

Click Settings > Payments.

Under the Deposits section, click the
pencil icon.

Register your business and bank details with Stripe. You need to provide business details and personal identification so that Stripe can verify you.

After registration, Stripe validates your account. This is usually instant. When your account is validated, your Stripe Account status in Halaxy changes to Active.
Your Stripe account is now validated and linked with Halaxy. You can now process payments from any invoice, as well as set up automatic payments processing.
See this list of Stripe processing times by country for when payments appear in the bank account you registered with Stripe. Allow 7 days for your first payment to appear in your account.
